Enterprise
Six expansion paths beyond the $299/mo Pro tier. Sold direct, contractually backed, and tuned for the procurement and security review you'd expect. We reply to enterprise inquiries within 1 business day with a concrete proposal — not a 6-step nurture sequence.
We sell six discrete expansion paths beyond Pro. Most enterprise deals are 2–3 of these stacked together; a few are just one. We're explicit about the shape so you can scope the right conversation.
Beyond Pro's 100K calls/day. Single-tenant rate-limit pool, no shared queue with other Pro customers.
For organisations whose security review will not approve a multi-tenant public API. Deployed into your AWS / GCP / Azure VPC or Cloudflare account.
Embed ALETHEIA's safety-data layer inside your product, under your brand. The 7 GeodesicNexus consumer apps are a worked example of this pattern.
Beyond the 1,886-compound public corpus: extended compound libraries, private regulatory mappings, sector-specific synthesis, batch ingestion of your existing SDS / formulation data.
Contractual uptime SLA, named escalation contact, defined response times. The public free/Dev/Pro tiers run on best-effort.
Beyond the default Vercel iad1 / sfo1 / lhr1 deployment: additional regions, custom failover policy, GDPR-localized routing.
The artifacts your security and legal teams will ask for, with their canonical URLs.
security.txt with PGP and disclosure policy. View security.txt./changelog.json.No 12-stage pipeline, no SDR sequence. We sell directly, we read every reply, and we'd rather scope your real problem in 30 minutes than schedule three discovery calls.
Honest sizing. We are a small, owner-operated team. We are not the right fit if you need a 50-seat account-management org or a 90-day onboarding bootcamp. We are the right fit if your stakeholders value direct access to the engineer who wrote the code, a real DPA you can sign this week, and a contract you can read in 20 minutes.
Current scale point: 7 production properties (the GeodesicNexus network) running on a single ALETHEIA integration with 1,287 product safety profiles. Read the case study.
Yes. The default contract is our standard MSA (provided on signature request); we routinely redline customer-provided MSAs. Turnaround for a redline is typically 3–5 business days depending on scope. Genuinely novel clauses sometimes take longer; we'll tell you up-front if so.
Not yet. We have an annual independent penetration-test summary available under NDA, and the DPA Annex III spells out our technical and organizational measures. For customers whose procurement gate is specifically SOC 2, we can typically get to a Type 1 within the engagement window if it's a deal-breaker; talk to us.
Yes, via offering 06 (Multi-region) and 02 (On-prem / VPC). The default deployment is multi-region across iad1 (US-East), sfo1 (US-West), and lhr1 (London). EU-only or US-only routing is configurable; we contract for it explicitly.
For embedded / white-label deployments (offering 03), yes. We've done this for prior partners. For on-prem (offering 02) it's built into the deployment model since the code runs on your infrastructure.
Typical shape: 30–90 days, scoped against your real data, with the production-tier features you'd consume. Pricing is pro-rated against the proposed annual; if you don't continue, the data we processed during the pilot is deleted per DPA §11.
What this page deliberately doesn't say: we don't quote price ranges for Enterprise tiers on this page because the offerings stack in too many combinations. Pro is $299/mo (or $2,990/yr, save 17%) and you can read the public-tier feature table on /pricing. Enterprise pricing is itemised against the six offerings above plus your volume and is shaped during the Week 2 proposal step.
